Urban Lacrosse Academy partners with schools to introduce lacrosse through a 2-day PE curriculum that is fun, accessible, and designed for all students.
Urban Lacrosse Academy (ULA) offers a two-day, in-school physical education curriculum designed for 3rd–6th grade students. This engaging, hands-on program introduces the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun and interactive way.
Our model is “train the trainer” — while students enjoy active instruction from ULA staff, we also work directly with classroom and PE instructors to help them gain confidence in teaching lacrosse independently. The goal is for educators to feel fully equipped to integrate lacrosse into their curriculum long after our visit.
